This WYSIWYG program generates HTML code and Javascript to open a URL in a new pop-up window.

You can configure the features of the window (size, if you want the toolbar, status bar, browser bar, if it is redimensionable, movable, etc). It also lets you control specific events related to the events (for example close the window automatically after 5 seconds, launch a Javascript function after 10 seconds, etc).
